At La BoULANGeRie, we’ve built our bakery around that idea, crafting each loaf, croissant, and pastry with time, care, and simple, high-quality ingredients. What started as a small, family-run bakery has grown into one of Belgrade’s favorite spots for artisanal baking, but at heart, we’re still the same: early mornings, hands in the dough, and everything made fresh, right here, by our team.

Now, inside the newly opened The Bristol Belgrade, we’re bringing that same passion for real baking to a new space. Every croissant, sourdough, and pastry is made in-house, using traditional techniques and slow fermentation to get the best flavor and texture—no shortcuts, no pre-made mixes. Just real bread, real butter, and real patience. And because no great pastry should go without the perfect coffee, we also serve specialty coffee, carefully sourced and brewed to complement every flaky, buttery bite.
